In 2016 Dedani established Ministry of Love to Nations (MILONA), a faith-based organization located in South Kivu Region of the D.R. Congo to serve orphans, widows and their communities with compassion and the transforming power of the Gospel.  About 15% of children in D.R. Congo are orphans or vulnerable children. Many orphans and widows lack access to adequate health care and basic social services.  Consequently, they live in very weak health conditions because of a lack of formal and informal basic needs due to the cycle of incredible poverty.
